Anand Sharma. AI and automation engineer. I build and run software that removes manual work, and I am usually the only engineer on it. Ten years, 160 shipped projects across 15 countries, and the last three years almost entirely in US healthcare, where being wrong has consequences.

I founded Infraveo in 2017 and ran it straight through the AI shift. I watched work that used to need a whole team get compressed into automations that run quietly in the background, and I spent that time rebuilding how I deliver. What survived is simple. Own the outcome end to end. Ship it. Keep it running.
