Practice Data Solutions

Practice Data Solutions gave physical therapy practices their monthly revenue reporting as Google Sheets workbooks, roughly 80 tabs each. Nobody leaves a spreadsheet they trust for software they do not, so the whole product rested on numerical trust.

I built the platform that replaced the workbooks: a Node and MySQL API, a React admin application and a customer portal, with ingestion for four different practice management systems feeding the same normalised tables. Every report was verified against live client workbooks with an external QC reviewer until it matched to the cent.

• 174,530 lines across 920 files, 114 API modules, 65 tables
• Every report reconciled to the source workbook to the cent. One CPT fix took 16 of 43 clients from blank to correct
• A live feature from 34 seconds to 0.1 seconds after root causing three unindexed tables
• Scoring engine generalised with a 20,006 case parity test proving bit identical results
